Professional terms before breeding

A signed agreement and all required health documentation must be completed before service begins.

Fee and payment

Total stud fee $1250: $250 reservation deposit to hold the date, paid online through the kennel's secure card checkout link or in person by cash or cashier's check, and $1000 balance on service day paid in person by cash or cashier's check. These are the only accepted payment methods — the kennel never requests payment by payment app, gift card, crypto, or wire transfer. Any payment that is returned, reversed, charged back, or declined incurs a $35 returned-payment fee, added to the balance, and the reserved date is released until the amount plus fee is paid. An emailed receipt with this notice is sent after each recorded payment. Deposit refunds follow the kennel refund policy shown at booking.

Female health requirements

Current vaccination and health records, truthful reproductive history, and a current negative Brucellosis test.

Timing and expenses

The female owner covers heat-cycle timing, transportation, veterinary care, testing, collection, shipping, and AI expenses.

No guarantee

No guarantee of conception, pregnancy, live birth, litter size, sex, color, health, quality, or registration eligibility.

Repeat service

At the stud owner's discretion, one repeat service may be offered after written veterinary confirmation of no pregnancy. No cash refund.

Stud-service-only scope

Bubba Dub Kennels does not handle, raise, market, sell, or place puppies. The female owner is solely responsible for the litter.

Governing law

Georgia law governs the agreement. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
