This agreement is entered into between Bubba Dub Kennels (“Stud Owner”) and the Female Owner identified above. It covers approved stud service only and creates no partnership, co-ownership, agency relationship, or ownership interest in any resulting litter.
Stud: Bubba Dub, American Pit Bull Terrier. Registry: ADBA. Sire: 15886AP-01 Wiggins “Peacock.” Dam: 152629AP-62 T.C. & R.B.S. “Dirty Mary.” Bloodline: Jeep × Monster G. Registration documentation and pedigree verification are available upon request for approved breeding inquiries.
The total stud fee is $1,250. A $250 non-refundable reservation deposit is required. The remaining $1,000 must be paid in cleared funds before service begins. Accepted forms: cash, Zelle, cashier’s check, or certified bank check. No payment plans, puppies, or pick-of-litter arrangements are accepted unless separately agreed in writing.
The Female Owner must provide current vaccination and health records, truthful reproductive information, and a current negative Brucellosis test. The female must be free of contagious illness and under appropriate veterinary care. Bubba Dub Kennels may postpone or decline service because of health, safety, temperament, compatibility, or welfare concerns.
The Female Owner is responsible for timing the heat cycle, transportation, veterinary care, testing, collection, shipping, artificial insemination, travel, boarding, and other reproductive expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The method and number of attempts will be agreed before the appointment. All handling will prioritize the welfare of both dogs. Service may be stopped if continuing would present unreasonable risk.
No guarantee is made regarding conception, pregnancy, live birth, litter size, sex, color, health, quality, temperament, marketability, registration eligibility, or fitness for any purpose.
At the Stud Owner’s discretion, one repeat service to the same eligible female may be offered on the next suitable heat after written veterinary confirmation of no pregnancy. All new testing and related expenses remain the Female Owner’s responsibility. No cash refund is required.
Bubba Dub Kennels provides stud services only. The Female Owner remains solely responsible for pregnancy, whelping, puppy care, litter registration, advertising, sale, placement, and buyer contracts. Bubba Dub Kennels does not handle, raise, market, sell, or place puppies.
Breeding involves inherent risks. Each party is responsible for that party’s dog, conduct, property, and expenses. Liability that cannot legally be waived remains unaffected.
This agreement is governed by Georgia law. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Each party confirms that they have read and understood the agreement and had an opportunity to seek independent legal or veterinary advice.
